By using Five Star Maxi Cab services you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings can be made online, by phone or via WhatsApp. Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
All fares are quoted prior to travel. Prices may vary based on distance, time and vehicle type. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls or out-of-area pickups.
Passengers are responsible for their behaviour and the behaviour of their group during transit. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated or creating a safety risk.
Five Star Maxi Cab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
